All Things Andrew Art Exhibition Opening Reception

This month Ultra Silk Gallery is featuring the dramatic and soul-searching works of Andrew Turner. Native to Chester PA, Andrew embraced his environment, took its ordinary surroundings and created extraordinary insights into profiles of life that connect with the viewers own personal experiences. You'll find numerous collectors all over the country invested in owning these significant works of art. Ultra Silk Gallery is presenting a two-part series of dialog and background information about the life of this prolific artist. Our first series will be presented on 2nd Friday by Ismail Hamid, former owner of Heritage Gallery, art auctioneer, and one of the original founders of First Fridays in Olde City. The second part of our series, August 18th, will include Renee Kirby, owner of Westside Framing Studio, framer and art conservator. She will elaborate on the different categories of art from originals to print and the value of art collecting and preserving.
